My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a great view from the 15th floor. However, the space to work with a laptop was quite small. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mrs Meriem, Mrs Afaf, and the entire reception team. They upgraded our room to a suite due to our regular visits, making us feel truly valued. The location was superb, right in the bustling heart of Casablanca, providing easy access to key attractions like the Hassan II mosque and Morocco Mall. The dining experience was delightful, especially the egg/omelette station, offering quality seasonal products. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a great view of the city and is centrally located with easy access to attractions and services. The service is efficient and customer-centric. Dining options are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in the variety offered. Overall, a good stay with some minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel has excellent rooms with great views over the city, although there was a slight damp or smoke smell. The service was extremely helpful and pleasant, with apologies for any misunderstandings on included breakfast. The location is superb, near quality restaurants and offering a good city view. The dining experience, while having friendly staff, lacked variety in the menu. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor room scent issues.
The hotel rooms were excellent, clean, and spacious, although there was an issue with the room temperature being annoyingly hot. The staff were very cooperative and professional, promptly changing me to a new, bigger room that I loved. However, the new room was on a lower floor facing a busy road and had a bad smell.
I had a comfortable stay with exceptional shower facilities at the hotel, but the bathrooms need updating. The rooms were big and moderately cool enough to sleep in.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable, with large and spacious interiors offering a great view of the city. However, the workspace was a bit limited for using a laptop.
